Editor-in-Chief, Amy McCabe Introduces the December issue

There is no getting away from the fact that 2020 has been an incredibly challenging year for everyone. From those on the frontlines trying to keep us healthy and safe during the COVID-19 pandemic to the uncertainties swirling around the U.S Presidential Election. For us here at Modeliste, we’ve tried to offer a place of refuge, escape, comfort and respite and above all inspiration.

In this last issue for 2020, we’re closing out the year by celebrating the magic of the everyday and those women who continue to empower and uplift us all.

This issue’s cover story – we asked our Cover star, Kate Bock, as well as our world renowned social media Influencers what the word empowerment meant to them. It’s so extraordinary to read such diverse and unique stories and definitions while also discovering how these entrepreneurial and innovative women have taken this time to reflect, pause and nurture their own creative selves. A powerful nod to the realization of what is truly important within our lives at a time when we need it more than ever.
