How would you describe yourself in three words?
It’s tough to sum up all of me in just three words, haha! But I’d go with passionate, zen, and loyal.

What’s a movie you could watch over and over again?
This is such a hard decision, but I have to pick two! For rom-coms, The Sweetest Thing—it’s hilarious and timeless. For the film buff and TV student in me, it’s Goodfellas. From the plot to the casting to the iconic ending, it’s pure perfection.

What’s been the most rewarding moment in your career?
I’ve had so many beautiful moments I’m grateful for, so it’s hard to choose just one. Hosting a live stream for the Tribeca Film Festival and AT&T’s Untold Stories for aspiring filmmakers was unforgettable. Walking in Paris Couture Fashion Week was a dream come true. And most recently, starting and hosting my podcast, Hidden Gems with Natasha Parker, has been a deeply fulfilling journey.

What’s one thing you can’t live without?
I’m going practical here—good ol’ H2O!

What would be your dream vacation destination?
Fiji! It feels so far away and magical—I’ve always wanted to go.

Who’s been the biggest influence in your life?
God, Jesus Christ Himself, has been my ultimate guiding force. Amen.

What’s your morning beauty routine?
Exfoliate, cleanse, moisturize, and ALWAYS sunscreen! My skincare go-to products are always changing, and I am so grateful to be in the beauty space and have the opportunity to try so many products and share them with my audience. Right now, I’m using Mario Badescu Exfoliator, Clarins Cleanser, Philosophy Dose of Wisdom Moisturizer, and Supergoop Unseen or Neutrogena Collagen Bank Sunscreen.

What’s a book that has shaped the way you think?
The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a life-changer. I’d also say The Greatest Salesman in the World by OG Mandino and Be Here Now by Ram Dass have deeply influenced me.

If you could only listen to one song for the rest of your life, what would it be?
It’s Alright by Fractures. It’s my go-to for instant calm—it’s like peace in a song. I’ve probably listened to it over 1,000 times!

How did you first get started on social media?
It’s been an interesting ride! I had social media during my production & corporate days, deleted it for two years, and then came back posting life highlights. I had about 10K followers before the pandemic hit. Just from living in major cities and being super personable. Then, while we were all stuck at home during 2020, I started talking to my phone like everyone else—and The Bachelor aired. That season brought me up to 60K followers, and I started an IG series called The Tea Room weekly where I went live with different people from Bachelor Nation, which gained me a few more and kept my audience engaged. In 2021, Bachelor in Paradise aired (with all the drama surrounding me on the beach) and that catapulted me into the hundreds of thousands. I was shocked, to be honest. Since then, I’ve thought about how I can be a light and use my platform for good. I’ve stayed focused on spreading positivity and connecting with my amazing online community in a gratitude-driven way.

What’s been the most unexpected part of your journey so far?
The overwhelming support after Bachelor in Paradise! I didn’t expect so many people to rally behind me. It was a tough, even depressing, time, but the love and messages reminded me I wasn’t delusional. Haha! I’m endlessly grateful for that support—it truly got me through a very tough time.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t sweat the small stuff—and remember, it’s all small stuff. That really stuck with me. But there is so much more. My podcast is all about sharing the life gems my guests and I have learned along the way. If you’re reading this and looking for inspiration, check out the Hidden Gems Pod.

Who would you invite to your dream dinner party?
Jesus, Buddha, Ram Dass, Rihanna, Tupac, my future husband (who I haven’t met yet, haha), and my parents. I think it would make for a super interesting dinner—dead, alive, and in spirit!

What’s a hobby you’d love to take up?
Something musical—piano or guitar. Music is such a beautiful healer. I have a handspan that I bought years ago that I really need to dedicate myself to practicing more—so thank you for this question, it’s a great reminder to start it back up again.

What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend?
A morning on the beach with a book, exploring art/culture or museums during the day, and dancing the night away with someone I love. Rinse and repeat for the whole weekend.

What’s one trend you’re loving right now?
Mini bags—and Girlboss energy. Let’s keep them both around forever! Mini bags because I used to be such a bag lady—just heavy with all the things. Nowadays, I love to pack light, as Queen Erykah Badu says. And Girlbosses because we are well overdue.

How would you describe your style?
A mix of classic, chic, sexy, and street. I love pairing oversized sweaters with sky-high heels, gowns with combat boots, and mini dresses with nylons.

What’s a cause that’s close to your heart?
Breast cancer awareness and reproductive health education and access.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Manifesting a dream into reality. I’ve always wanted to host a podcast and be a voice in the self-help and feminine empowerment space. Visualizing Hidden Gems with Natasha Parker and making it happen is something I’m incredibly proud of.

If you could master any skill instantly, what would it be?
Languages! I’d love to communicate with anyone in their native dialect.

Who makes you laugh the most?
My nieces—they’re endlessly funny and fascinating.

What’s the last thing you do before going to bed?

Deep breathing to calm my nervous system.

What’s one goal you’re currently working toward?
Helping women reconnect with their femininity by coaching them to love and understand the power and beauty of being feminine.

How do you want to be remembered?
As someone who brought light to the world through elegance, understanding, and love.

What was your favorite part of the Modeliste Getaway to Vidanta Riviera Maya?
Meeting the amazing women on the trip—their energy was unmatched. And the Cirque du Soleil show was pure magic: artful, inspiring, and unforgettable.
