Modeliste magazine has always been a place to celebrate talent, art, culture and community. We have shined as a platform which amplifes voices while exploring fresh and uniqueperspectives- voices that uplift, inspire and empower.

We stand for diversity, equality and using our voice to illuminate the changes we would like to see and be in the world. We have a responsibility to accurately portray on the times – good and bad – and make us question what we can do to be that change.

Our cultural institutions are facing a moment of moral awakening profound calls for action. Powerful protests for racial and social justice are leading to overdue demands for police reform, along with wider calls for greater equality and inclusion across our society, not least in higher education, journalism, philanthropy, and the arts.

This is our awakening.

Welcome to the issue.
