How did you begin your career?
I always liked taking pictures and videos of my friends, the places I visited, or my outfits. When I started making my account public and posting more regularly, my Instagram started growing. That’s how it all started.
How do you hope to inspire people through your social media platform? What can your followers expect to see when visiting your social media page(s)?
I hope I can inspire people to be confident and true to themselves. I think most people follow me because of my outfits – I don’t like to limit myself to only one style. I wear what I love, not what is on trend. Also, I read a lot and have been posting more book content, so a lot of people told me they come to my account for book recommendations, which makes me so happy. It really depends on the platform: On Instagram, it is mostly my outfits and makeup; on YouTube, it is more personal; and on TikTok, I mix both – outfit and makeup inspo with lifestyle and vlog content.
What has been the highlight of 2024 so far for you?
My sisters and I all live in different cities, and we met at the beginning of the year. This was my highlight 100%.
What was your favorite part about your stay at the 138 Liberdade Hotel?
The huge, comfy beds and the amazing food! You need to try the sashimi if you’re staying there!
Dream vacation location?
I really want to visit Seoul. It looks so beautiful, and I have only heard great things about it.
What was the highlight of your trip with Modeliste?
The trip to Lisbon was so cool! I think my highlight was meeting all the girls and our fun conversations at dinner. Another highlight was exploring the city with the little tuk-tuks.
What’s your go-to airport look? Essentials to pack in a carry on?
I always go for oversized jeans, and most of the time, I wear boots, which isn’t the most comfortable option, but they just take up too much space in my luggage. I always pack hand sanitizer, a book, noise-canceling headphones, and a cozy scarf which can double as a cushion.
Girls’ night in or Girls’ night out?
I am not the biggest club person, but I love a girls’ night out in a cute restaurant where everyone gets dressed up! I am normally such a homebody that when I meet my girls, I like to go out (I hope this makes sense haha).
What’s a typical work week like for you? Any advice for staying productive throughout the week?
Every week looks super different depending on the jobs I must shoot, events I attend, or if I have to travel for work. It is super hard to build a set routine for me because of that. But one thing that really helps me stay productive is setting goals for my week. I am a stationary fan—I have so many different notebooks, and writing realistic to-do lists helps me organize and get stuff done. I don’t know why, but if I write my to-dos down on my phone, I never actually do them? It needs to be in my notebook.
What’s your current skincare routine? Any products you’d recommend for our Modeliste readers?
I have been so into skincare lately! I love trying out different products, and these are my all-time favorites: ISDIN sunscreen, Beauty of Joseon Ginseng cleanser, and the COSRX vitamin C serum. I also use the Rhode products as skin prep before I do my makeup.
What’s something your followers would be surprised to know about you?
I have had a driver’s license for over four years now and have only driven three times because I am too scared.
Where do you gain inspiration for content? Any tips & tricks you’d like to share for those aspiring to have a career like your own?
I get my inspiration from Pinterest, my friends and mutuals on Instagram, and most importantly, movies! Especially movies from the 90s – the best fashion inspo in my opinion. I think the most important part is staying true to yourself! Post the things you really like and wear clothes you love—the right audience will come eventually. Also, consistency is key!
What makes you different from other content creators?
I try to be as transparent and authentic as possible! I hope I don’t set any unrealistic standards.
What would you like to say to your fans/followers?
I really appreciate every single one of you, thank you so much for your support! Every time I meet one of you, you are always the nicest and coolest girls ever! I hope that all of your dreams come true.
