What makes you different from other creators?
I think one of the things that most of my followers always tell me is how natural I am and how natural I show on social media. When I talk to them it’s just me. I try to be as real as possible. Being a creator opens up so many amazing opportunities and improves our lifestyles as well, but at the end we have the same problems as any other person, and I try to show that that’s normal and that’s life and we are not alone.
What type of content do you share on your social media platform(s)?
I usually share my entire lifestyle on my social platforms, I love fashion so I share my outfits and my style inspo. I love to travel, so I share all my adventures, my travel tips, and all the info of the places I visit so my followers can have important feedback with all details and travel information as well. I share my hobbies such as reading, my favorite books and recommendations.
Do you have any tips/tricks for creating engaging content?
My most important tip would be: Stay true to yourself, I know it sounds cliche, but nowadays I think a lot of influencers are following the same pattern and it’s all the same. When I share something genuine, I love the engagement I receive which is much bigger than when I just follow trends. So when I share something I’m passionate about and that really makes me happy it’s so much better. And always keeping it natural. I think people are tired of the “perfect” image, something natural is much more refreshing and valuable.
What’s your favorite social media platform to use and why?
My favorite social media platform to use is Instagram. I think because I have the biggest audience there, and I’m used to sharing everything via stories and photos. I also love to plan my feed and make it a clean and aesthetic feed, love playing with images and colors! I’m starting to love TikTok as well, I think it’s easier to get viral content there.
What’s your favorite fashion trend at the moment?
My favorite fashion trend at the moment would be wearing bright colors such as orange, pink, green and blue. I was used to always wearing neutral tones, but I’ve been influenced by the brighter colors of summer!
How do you keep up to date with new trends?
I don’t stress about keeping up with trends. I just use what I really love and suits my personal style. The fashion industry changes so fast and there are so many trends, but I just like to feel comfortable with what I’m wearing and really share what I love.
What are some recent brands you’ve discovered and loved?
Some brands I have recently discovered and loved are Eb Denim for the perfect denim fits. The styles are made from vintage denim so the fit is amazing. I love Source Unknown brands. I think they have different styles from what we see everyday and they are very fashionable. Also loved Closed Official, I think it’s very elegant and they have staple pieces for every occasion. And I’ve also loved Revolve since they have so many styles that you can find anything you need for each different occasion.
What’s a typical day like for you?
A typical day in my life would be: Wake up and drink my morning coffee and make some journaling or clean my room. Then I usually work out. After working out I shower and then I take some time to catch up on emails and work. Some days I create some content or have to go to brand events. And later, I usually relax reading a book, hanging out with my boyfriend, or watching a movie before going to sleep.
Where do you live and what’s a short itinerary you’d recommend for someone visiting?
I live in Peru in the capital, Lima. I would recommend so many beautiful places from my country. Something near that I love is Mancora, which is in the North of Peru. It has amazing beaches and it’s always sunny, perfect for small vacations and relaxation. It’s the perfect getaway to get tanned and have a perfect time.
A fun fact people would be surprised to know about you.
People must be surprised to know I’m a little anxious with everything. I always seem so relaxed and chill, but for real, I’m a little bit of an over-thinker and need to have everything in control.
Go-to beauty routine?
My go-to beauty routine would be a good face cream, concealer, bronzer, blush and mascara. Also, I love to apply some lip balm so my lips don’t look dry
Share the moment you became an established digital media influencer. Did you always know this was what you wanted to do?
I can’t remember the exact moment it happened, but I remember feeling overwhelmed because of all the brands that were reaching out to me so we can work together, brands I loved since before I was even known and it seemed like a dream that they were paying me to promote products I’ve been buying my whole life. Watching my photos on the streets and in the stores seemed so unreal. I remember when Revolve invited me to my first Revolve Festival and I thought, “That’s it, I made it!” Since they were a brand I admire so much, I always thought it would be a dream to attend those trips and getaways with such well known influencers and artists. And here we are! So thankful!
What advice do you have for someone who aspires to have a career like your own?
I would say be constant and never give up. It doesn’t happen from night to morning. It takes time, creativity, and consistency. I think nowadays there are so many entrepreneurs on social media that are amazing and so talented with what they do. And little by little your talent will be noticed, so just go for it.
Last song you played and movie you watched?
Last song I played was “Matilda” by Harry Styles. That song calms me so much. And movies …. probably Fast and Furious!
What was your favorite part of the Modeliste getaway to Red Frog Beach, Panama?
My favorite part of the getaway was meeting new amazing girls that work on social media just like me. It’s always refreshing to meet new people and feel inspired by them and by what they do. Each one of them was so talented, I feel so inspired to continue growing as well. We had amazing experiences and conversations I loved.
What did you love most about the resort?
What I loved most about the resort probably was that it is surrounded by nature. Seriously, it doesn’t seem real. It’s like you are in the middle of the jungle but in a luxury home. I loved walking and watching all the monkeys playing on the trees, the rain and all the wildlife sounds. It was a dream. The beach is amazing as well.
What did you love about flying on Copa Airlines?
The food was amazing and I also felt very comfortable with the staff. They are really kind and helpful.
Top 3 travel destinations on your bucket list?
1. Thailand 2. Dubai 3. Any part of Europe. I love it so much.
What upcoming projects are you working on?
I’m working on some new amazing collaborations soon, many upcoming travels and also on my clothing brand.
What would you like to say to your fans?
I would like to thank them for always supporting me. It’s like having a huge virtual family. They cheer me up when I just don’t feel motivated, and it’s crazy how they can make my day better just by sending me sweet messages with so much love. So thank you for always staying by my side.
