Where are you from?
I’m originally from Washington, DC, and moved to Texas at age 10.

What are three words you would use to describe yourself?
Curious, driven, honest.

What’s your favorite movie?
Across the Universe or Little Women

What is your favorite holiday?
Tie between Christmas and Thanksgiving- anything that brings my family together.

Dream place to travel?
Bali and a few European countries I’ll hopefully see this summer.

What’s your favorite memory?
Two summers ago I traveled throughout Europe alone. I went for an unbelievable job in Italy and then saw family in France and a friend in Spain. I think about the trip and all the wonderful memories pretty much daily.

What’s your biggest weakness?
I’m a major overthinker which sometimes makes it difficult to just live when I get in my own way.

What’s your biggest strength?
When I put my mind to something there’s pretty much no stopping me. I’m also extremely independent and have been supporting myself since I was 18.

When are you most inspired?
I feel most inspired when I’m around people that offer unique perspectives and backgrounds. This usually comes with travel or switching up my surroundings in some way.

What makes you smile the most?
I’m happiest when I’m enjoying a great meal and maybe some wine with friends and/or family.

What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
Sometimes people think I’m super positive and happy all the time, but I feel like I definitely have been struggling a lot the last year, but choose to try and focus on the positive and inspire others to do the same. Nobody’s life is all sunshine and roses.

Sweet or savory?
I have an insatiable sweet tooth.

Beauty product you couldn’t live without?
My wet brush! My hair is always in tangles and I’d never be able to brush through it without it.

What’s a song you can listen to on repeat?
Anything Frank Ocean, particularly the Channel Orange Album. Or The Trilogy album by The Weeknd.

What’s a top highlight in your career?
I’ve had a lot of amazing jobs, but I think taking the leap and moving from LA to New York has elevated my brand and character in priceless ways.

What’s your favorite time of day?
I love my mornings- coffee, meditation, movement, quiet, breakfast.

What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to do but have been scared to try?
I’ve wanted to go to Bali, but traveling in general is a bit scary to me, so the unknown that comes with a place that is far away from home kind of scares me but I’m ready. I also have so many business ideas I’d love to pursue but taking that leap and truly believing in myself has been difficult.

Any projects you’re currently working on?
I just launched my CBD cereal company, Madi’s Munchis, so that’s taking up a lot of my time. I’m learning so much already and having fun connecting with people outside of the modeling industry. I’m excited to see how my company evolves over time and leads to other opportunities.

What’s your spirit animal?
My friend calls me Bruiser, the chihuahua from Legally Blonde. I see myself as more of a butterfly because I’m constantly changing, but I can also understand being compared to the dog that’s independent, a good friend, and bold.

What are you most excited about at this time in your life?
I love modeling and social media, but am excited to be moving into a more entrepreneurial phase of my life. In a way, as the creator of your own personal brand you’re inherently an entrepreneur, but creating a product that I’m passionate about and get to share with others is special.

What’s your biggest advice and how do you overcome it?
Comparison. It truly is the thief of joy and social media makes it extremely difficult to avoid, so I like to take breaks from social media and start my day with gratitude to acknowledge all I have.

As an influencer, how do you hope to influence people through your platform?
I speak a lot about mental health and body image and hope to consistently remind my followers that we all have our own battles and have each other for support.

What was your favorite part of your stay at Hard Rock Riviera Maya?
I loved connecting with new friends with similar values and passions while getting out of my comfort zone a bit. Going on a trip somewhere you’ve never been with new people can be a bit nerve wracking, but I’m so glad I did.

What’s your favorite Pixi Beauty product?
I’ve never been a big blush girl but I’ve been loving the blush stick!

What would you like to say to your fans?
Life is short, eat the dessert:) And thank you for supporting the real me that I share with you all!
