It was a coincidental meeting halfway around the world that sparked the idea for Daniel Wellington. On this trip, our founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The man had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. His name? Daniel Wellington.
Inspired by his new acquaintance’s timeless style, Filip decided to create his own line of watches. Minimalistic and refined, the classic design with interchangeable straps truly has wide-ranging appeal. A few years later, this design is still an important part of what makes us so special.

The Scandinavian aesthetic with its minimalistic design is most apparent when looking at a Daniel Wellington timepiece. The Classic Collection is the heart and soul of Daniel Wellington. While holding true to the simple design and classic appeal, we focused on developing yet another sophisticated watch with a timeless and elegant look.
The Dapper collection is a true reflection of our minimalistic approach and philosophy. Daniel Wellington believes in keeping it simple, using clean lines and letting the design speak for itself. The Dapper boasts a slim profile in silver or rose gold and features intentional details like deep blue hands, Roman numerals, and a date display— truly a great addition to any wardrobe.

Spring is a time of newness, and to celebrate the season change, Daniel Wellington welcomes the Classic Reading to the flagship collection.
