Jungle adventure or beach day — which are you choosing and why?
That’s SO hard!! I would say jungle — just because it’s something so different from what I’m used to!

What’s one local Belizean dish you tried and loved (or were surprised by)?
This wasn’t necessarily a dish, but I loved the use of cacao in so many different ways — both sweet and savory! I loved learning about how they process it and what a huge part cacao plays in their culture.

If you had to describe Belize in just three words, what would they be?
Adventure. Community. Breathtaking.

What’s something most people assume about you that isn’t true?
That I play basketball, haha. A lot of people assume because I’m so tall that I’m either a basketball or volleyball player — which makes sense — but I didn’t choose my path because of my height; I chose it because it’s what I love to do.

What’s a core memory from your childhood that still shapes who you are today?
I grew up in a really small town in Michigan on a lake, so summer memories of being on the boat and swimming with my brother will always be some of my favorites!

What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received — and why did it stick with you?
I think the most meaningful compliments are when they’re about my art affecting people in a real way. I’ve had a lot of people say that Tall Girl inspired them to love who they are and embrace the things that make them different. As an artist — and as a girl who would’ve loved to have that message when she was younger — it really means the world to me that my work can affect people in that way.

What does a perfect day off look like for you when no one’s watching?
Doing something in nature during the day and cozying up with a good movie at night!

What’s one wellness or beauty ritual that always helps you reset?
A hike — if I ever need to clear my mind, I love taking a long walk or a hike. Just being out in nature, having some quiet time alone, and moving my body always helps me reset!

What moment in your career challenged you the most — and how did you grow from it?
Making a living doing the thing I love will always be my definition of success.

What does “success” look like to you right now?
Peace in my day-to-day life. Being creatively fulfilled, financially stable, and surrounded by people who really get me.

What’s the most spontaneous decision you’ve ever made — and would you do it again?
Honestly, going to Belize was very spontaneous for me! I got the invite the day before and decided to go!

If we scrolled through your camera roll, what’s one photo you’d never delete?
Any photo of my pups.

What’s something you’re passionate about that has nothing to do with your online presence?
I LOVE to cook! I think I’d be a chef in another life.

What’s the kindest thing someone’s done for you recently?
It’s the little things that really mean a lot to me.

What song or album is currently on repeat in your life soundtrack?
Djo’s new album,The Crux, is on repeat right now!

When do you feel most grounded?
When I’m in nature and around animals — especially horses!

What’s a small habit that’s made a big difference in your life?
Limiting screen time recently has really helped me get back into being more creative. Instead of spending time scrolling, I end up drawing, painting, or writing — and it’s so much more fulfilling!

Who in your life makes you feel the most like yourself?
My mom and my boyfriend both accept me for exactly who I am and love me unconditionally. I’m so, so lucky to have them in my life.

What’s a goal you’re working toward that you haven’t shared online yet?
I recently wrote a script and would love to see it come to fruition soon!

What did you love most about your trip with The Belize Collection at Jaguar Reef and The Banks?
The girls were wonderful, and I had the best horse ride of my life through the jungle — a core memory for sure!
