What’s the first thing you do each morning?
I read the Bible for 10 minutes.
Tell us about your journey when you started creating content on social media.
I first started as a photographer and videographer and grew my Instagram to around 10k by making cool videos and shooting other people (I would never show my face). I even made long movie skits on YouTube, which kids at school would play on the large screen in study hall. Unfortunately, they bullied me for it. When I went to the principal about it, they did nothing. I wrote a post on social media about how the school condones bullying, and when they saw it, they kicked me out of school.
Fast forward—I found two kids on Craigslist when I was 17 and moved to Hawaii for two years. While I was shooting with someone in Hawaii who happened to be an influencer, they said, “You should post on TikTok; you’re funny.” I replied, “No, I never show my face in front of the camera,” but eventually, I did. And here we are!
Where do you draw your inspiration from when creating content?
I don’t have too much inspiration because I film my lifestyle, capturing day-by-day moments of what I’m doing.
Describe your style in three words.
Emo, edgy, abstract.
What’s one trend you think should make a comeback?
LOW RISE JEANS, PLEASE! I can’t find them anywhere in stores. I have to get them from selective places.
Which video or post of yours is your all-time favorite?
I love doing out-of-the-box things in public, so I’d say the time we were saran-wrapped to a pole on the side of Beverly Hills!

Which destination is at the top of your travel bucket list?
Bora Bora, Greece, Maldives, Bali, Switzerland.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Proverbs 3:5-6:
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."
Describe your daily skincare, beauty, and wellness routine.
A facewash from FOREO is a MUST! Then I go in with moisturizer and sunscreen, no matter what. I also use a face mask every time after a shower and ice my face the second I get up!
What’s the one item you always have with you on set?
My cross necklace.
If you could raid anyone’s closet, who would it be?
Billie Eilish.
What’s one thing your followers would be surprised to know about you?
I sucked my thumb until I was 12! LOL.
What do you think is most essential to being successful as a creator?
Being consistent and posting as much as you can without overthinking it. Fully being yourself and showing lots of personality!
If you could only use one social platform for the rest of your life, which would it be?
Instagram.
What’s your go-to song to get in the mood for filming?
Praise by Brandon Lake goes off! Also, absolutely anything by Sebastian Paul and Labrinth.
How do you balance work and personal life?
I DON’T, LOL. I wish I knew how. Truly, sometimes I share too much with the world.

Content, content, content! I’m continuing to work with brands I love and building new professional relationships. Stay tuned! :)
I’m not even trying to exaggerate, but this was by far one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. I’ve never seen a hotel like the one we stayed in—IN MY LIFE. Being able to shower outside every day was a dream, and taking a bath in what felt like a swimming pool was amazing. The blue water and going reef diving were to die for!
The food was absolutely insane—I ate three times every day, which I never usually have time to do. The girls I met along the way were so amazing and just so easy to get along with!
What’s next for you? Any upcoming projects you can share with us?
My first movie comes out on November 8th! It’s called Christmas Eve at Miller’s Point, so make sure to check it out in theaters. I also have new music coming out, so follow me on Spotify under "Dayna Marie."
