How would you describe yourself in three words?
Considerate, passionate, and loyal.
What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
I think people would be surprised by how introspective I am. I spend a lot of time observing, reflecting, and really understanding both myself and others. I’m very self-aware, I think deeply, and I care a lot about showing up for the people in my life.
Your ultimate morning routine, no matter where you are?
No matter where I am, I start my day with a devotional, then move my body—whether that’s a workout, a walk, or stretching. I always do my skincare routine, and then I’ll make my favorite breakfast: protein banana chocolate chip pancakes—they’re so good.
The one beauty product you swear by?
I can’t go without my Telescopic mascara or a deep nude lip stain—lip stains are a game changer.
Signature scent or fragrance you’re loving right now?
I gravitate toward warm, comforting, sweet scents—vanilla, marshmallow, sandalwood. My top three right now are Sol de Janeiro 59, Baccarat Rouge 540, and Orabella Eternal Roots.
A piece in your wardrobe you’ll never part with?
Honestly, my Salomons. They’re a more recent purchase, but they’ve become my go-to—I wear them all the time.
Who or what inspires your style the most?
I wouldn’t say just one person—I get inspiration from the girls around me and from social media. But more than anything, I’m inspired by how I feel. My style is very fluid and versatile, and I love switching between different looks while still staying true to myself.
How do you reset and recharge when life gets busy?
When life feels overwhelming, I focus on grounding myself and reconnecting with what truly matters—my faith, my family, and myself. Slowing down, getting outside, or moving my body always helps me feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally. And I never stop talking to God, even when it feels hard.
Your current skincare philosophy in one sentence?
Less is more.
A song that feels like your personal anthem right now?
“The Climb” by Miley Cyrus. I performed a solo to it my junior year, and it still means so much to me.

Your dream destination you haven’t visited yet?
Puerto Rico. My dad’s side of the family is from there, so it’s always been a place I’ve dreamed of visiting.
Favorite way to spend a day off?
Being outside in nature—whether that’s going for a walk, spending the day at the beach, visiting the aquarium, or exploring flower fields. I love trying new restaurants, being spontaneous, and of course, doing a little shopping.
What does confidence mean to you?
Confidence is feeling at home within yourself—embracing both your strengths and your flaws, taking care of your body and mind, and showing up authentically while giving yourself grace.
A recent moment that made you feel proud of yourself?
I recently hosted my first event for my fitness journey. I brought together 15 girls for a Pilates class where we connected, bonded, and focused on taking care of our bodies. It was such an amazing experience, and I’m excited to create more like it.
One thing you’ve learned about yourself over the past year?
If I don’t have my to-do lists or routines in place, I spiral—I truly live by them.
Your favorite way to capture content that feels authentic to you?
Vlogging. It’s such a fun and open way to connect with my audience and gives me the space to fully be myself.
How would you describe your personal brand in a sentence?
My brand is rooted in intentional, grounded living—blending fitness and lifestyle in a way that feels real and authentic, with a focus on caring for your body, building confidence, and staying true to who you are.
What kind of impact do you hope to have on your audience?
I want to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow—where they can feel more comfortable in their own skin and uplifted by a like-minded community.
What’s next for you? Anything you’re especially excited about?
I’m currently working toward my certifications in personal training and nutrition, and I’m really excited to build something meaningful from that—a platform centered around growth, inspiration, and a genuine approach to wellness.
What did you love most about your stay at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa?
It’s hard to choose just one thing, but overall, the hospitality and the beauty of the resort stood out the most. From the spa and golf courses to the restaurants and rooms, every detail felt intentional and elevated.
