Jungle adventure or beach day — which are you choosing and why?
Beach day. Give me sun, ocean air, and a coconut in hand and I’m good. But I do love a little jungle moment if there’s a waterfall or something magical at the end.

What’s one local Belizean dish you tried and loved (or were surprised by)?
Fry jacks! I wasn’t expecting to love them as much as I did — they were kind of addictive.

If you had to describe Belize in just three words, what would they be?
Lush, soulful, grounding.

What’s something most people assume about you that isn’t true?
That I’m super put-together 24/7. I definitely have my hot mess moments.

What’s a core memory from your childhood that still shapes who you are today?
Dancing around the house with my sister to old-school pop songs. It taught me not to take life too seriously and to always find joy in the little things.

What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received — and why did it stick with you?
I’ve been told that I have very enthusiastic energy and a zest for life. I guess it stuck with me because I’d like to think that about myself.

What does a perfect day off look like for you when no one’s watching?

I’m starting the day with something outdoorsy — maybe a hike or hot yoga to get my body moving — then treating myself to a little spa moment or a sound bath. After that, it’s all about cozy vibes: comfort food, a nostalgic show, and time with my favorite people.

What’s one wellness or beauty ritual that always helps you reset?
Infrared sauna and a face mask! It’s like pressing a little internal reset button.

What’s something you’re passionate about that has nothing to do with your online presence?
Dogs, always — I’m obsessed. But I’m also really passionate about being there for the people I love. Life can be unpredictable, and I’ve learned how important it is to be a steady, supportive presence when it counts.

What song or album is currently on repeat in your life soundtrack?
Right now? “Show Me Love” (with Tyla) by WizTheMc, Bees & Honey, Tyla. It’s a remix and such a vibe. I’m also obsessed with Tyla.

What’s a small habit that’s made a big difference in your life?
Saying “no” without over-explaining. Game-changer.

Who in your life makes you feel the most like yourself?
My mom. She sees every version of me and still hypes me up.

What’s a goal you’re working toward that you haven’t shared online yet?
Being more patient and not always rushing… pacing myself better. I have a tendency to leave things for the last minute.

When do you feel most grounded?
Sunset walks somewhere warm, with no phone in hand.

What moment in your career challenged you the most — and how did you grow from it?
One of the most challenging moments was learning to fully trust myself — especially in an industry where there’s no clear path. Being independent means making big decisions on your own, and that can be scary. But through it, I’ve learned to trust my instincts, stay grounded, and create a career that feels true to who I am.

What does “success” look like to you right now?
Feeling fulfilled, free, and aligned — not just busy.

What’s the most spontaneous decision you’ve ever made — and would you do it again?
Booking a last-minute solo yoga retreat to Spain. It was perfect, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

If we scrolled through your camera roll, what’s one photo you’d never delete?
A silly, blurry pic of me and my best friend laughing on the beach. Pure joy.
