What was your most unforgettable moment during our time in Utah?
Definitely shooting on a horse for the first time, like, are you kidding me?! It felt straight out of a movie! I’ll never forget how surreal and powerful that moment was. Total main character energy!
What part of the trip pushed you out of your comfort zone — and how did it feel?
Not to be repetitive, but horseback riding — I’m not even an animal person, so it pushed me way out of my comfort zone.
What’s one thing you’ll never look at the same after this trip?
Definitely the idea of Utah being boring. I’ll never look at it the same. This trip proved it’s giving adventure, beauty, and unforgettable moments!
Sunrise hike or stargazing by the fire — which one was your vibe and why?
Stargazing by the fire, for sure! I have zero hiking stamina, so cozying up under the stars was more my vibe. Plus, learning about the constellations and signs that night made it feel so magical.
What did you learn about yourself during this adventure?
I learned that it’s okay to be open and try new things — but it’s also okay to say no if something’s just not for me. Knowing my limits is self-care! Oh, and I definitely expanded my food palette a little. Proud of myself for that!
What’s one item you packed that turned out to be a total lifesaver?
My cowboy hat!
Which moment made you pause and think, “I’ll remember this forever”?
Definitely getting sneezed on by the horse — that was wild!
If you could relive just one part of this experience, which would it be?
If I could relive one part, it would definitely be the shoots! I felt so in my element — creative, confident, and just loving every second of it.
How did being unplugged in Escalante affect your creativity or presence?
Being unplugged honestly helped me slow down and be present — like really soak everything in. Without distractions, my mind felt clearer, and I noticed the little things that usually pass me by. It definitely sparked new creative ideas.
What’s one thing you’ll take home from this trip — mentally, emotionally, or physically?
One thing I’m taking home is the reminder that peace and adventure can exist at the same time. Mentally, I feel more grounded — and emotionally, I feel proud of myself for stepping out of my comfort zone.
What was the most Instagram vs. reality moment you had on this trip?
Honestly, the vlog I made. It didn’t show how scary the horse ride activities were for me — I was lowkey freaking out behind the scenes, but you’d never know it from the footage!
Which fellow traveler inspired you most and why?
Katia! I love how she travels often and gets to work with her favorite brands.
What’s the best advice you would give your younger self?
I’d tell my younger self that I absolutely belong in these spaces, and I don’t have to change who I am to seize opportunities like this. Never doubt your worth or capabilities!
What’s something on your bucket list that you haven’t done yet?
Visit an island or go on a cruise!
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Inspiring people around the world to become the best versions of themselves and go after their goals with everything they’ve got!
What’s the most beautiful thing about the city you live in?
The most beautiful thing about Dallas is how dynamic and diverse it is. There’s always something new to discover — whether it’s the stunning skyline, the vibrant art scene, or the mix of cultures that make the city feel alive and full of energy.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Growth often starts where comfort ends.
What’s something coming up for you that you’re excited about?
I’m super excited about the upcoming meet-and-greet and pop-up shop for my brand! It’s going to be an amazing opportunity to connect with my supporters and showcase Marviano Cosmetics in person. Also, my birthday trip to Miami this month!
What was your favorite part about this getaway to Ofland Escalante?
Challenging myself to step outside my comfort zone.
