What’s a step in your skincare routine that you cannot go a day without?
Sunscreen! Everyone should be wearing sunscreen everyday, even if you don’t plan to go outdoors. It’s the most important step in my routine.
Favorite beauty products?
I’ve been loving cream bronzers lately and a STRONG eyebrow gel.
What’s your go-to lip combo?
Charlotte Tilbury “Pillow Talk” lip liner and a pink tinted lip balm! The perfect “my lips but better” combo!
What was a highlight of the Modeliste x Image Skincare event?
Getting to stock up on so many amazing essentials like the tinted sunscreen and the best lip balm ever!
What’s been a highlight of 2022 so far and what’re you looking forward to most in this current moment?
Being in my first issue of Sports Illustrated was definitely a highlight of this year, but I am looking forward to making my way on to the pages of lots of other magazines as well (including Modeliste!). I also just signed with a new Mother Agent and we are exploring the markets in Miami, Chicago, and New York! You can expect to see a lot more of me in the next year!
What can people expect to see when visiting @nicolepetrie?
As my Instagram bio says, I am a model/activist/caregiver & vegan so you get a lot of different content on my social media! I post about my modeling work, fashion, beauty, and the occasional vegan recipe but I am also a caregiver and activist for FTD awareness. FTD is a rare form of dementia that my mom was diagnosed with in her late 40s.
How do you hope to influence people through your social media platform(s)?
Through my social media we have built an amazing community of support for people diagnosed with FTD or other dementia related diseases and their caregivers. I am always so honored to use my work and my platform to raise more awareness for something that has affected many of our families but is rarely talked about.
I also want to show that no matter where you come from, if you have connections or not, and no matter what you’ve been through, you can still pursue what gives you joy and what you want to succeed in. You can get through anything and nothing can hold you back if you really want it and go after it!
Go-to outfit for a dinner out with the girls?
I’m definitely a skirt/dress girl so probably a simple slip dress and a statement shoe/bag combo for a girls night out!
What’s your favorite fashion trend at the moment?
I’m loving the pearl embellishments and jewelry. I’m usually an all black all the time kind of person, but I’ve been really into bright colors this summer!
Favorite beauty trend?
Naturally flushed and dewy looking skin!
What would you title this current chapter of your life?
Oh definitely my “Supermodel Era”!
What can people expect to see from you in 2022? Any projects you can share?
This year is all about growth for me! New cities, new campaigns, new runways, and definitely new projects! … a podcast maybe??

I’m a Sagittarius sun, Leo moon, Leo rising… I’ll let that speak for itself! Haha!

What would you like to say to your fans?
I truly don’t think I could have made it even close to where I am in my career today if it weren’t for the support and encouragement of my fans/followers. I value that more than they could possibly know.
