What first sparked your passion for working in the fashion and beauty industry?
Finding my style felt like an identity crisis I never knew I had. When I discovered confidence in what I wanted to wear, it became a reflection of my identity. Receiving compliments on the different looks I could “pull off” gave me the confidence boost I always wanted. I grew up very insecure, unsure of why I was complimented, but the only things that made me feel beautiful were clear skin and good style. Once I found confidence in those, everything else seemed to shine through me.
How would you describe your style evolution over the past few years?
My gay bestie, Ziggy, completely changed my life. His style was so outlandish, yet he would put pieces on me with full confidence—and somehow, it always worked! I met him about five years ago, and since then, I’ve embraced a mindset of “I can rock this” with whatever I wear. I’ve transformed from being basic—boots and a black tee—to feeling like a human sculpture.
What’s a beauty or wellness ritual you swear by when traveling?
Eating fruit! It helps with bloating and sets you up for success when you arrive at your destination.
What’s one item in your carry-on that you can’t live without?
A good book. I might not always take it out, but it’s comforting knowing it’s there.
Looking back, what’s a milestone in your career that still feels surreal?
Working for Rihanna. I actually got to meet her—she’s my ultimate inspiration! To work for her brand was a dream come true, and I’ll always feel successful because of that experience.

With such a busy schedule, how do you prioritize balance and self-care?
I make time for it. I prioritize self-care just as much as my work schedule.
What’s the most valuable piece of advice you’ve received from a mentor or fellow
creator?
Be consistent. It’s one of the hardest things, because social media itself is so inconsistent, and I’m still learning to maintain it. But every successful creator I’ve met emphasizes consistency.
Was there a collaboration or campaign that felt like a true “pinch me” moment?
Traveling with Modeliste. Every year, it feels like a dream, and every year I hope to be considered again. To travel with brands you love and work with a magazine company is such an incredible experience. My dream has always been to be a model, and seeing those worlds intertwine is truly a “pinch me” moment.
What’s a lesson you’ve learned about yourself through your journey as an
influencer?
Enjoy every moment. Life as an influencer can change very fast, and you never want to forget what it was like when you were just dreaming of the opportunities you’re now experiencing.
Is there a mantra or piece of advice you remind yourself of often?
“Remember—at one point, this was all you wanted.”

Do you have any upcoming projects or collaborations you’re especially excited
about?
Unfortunately, no. I’m currently looking for the next step in my career and hoping that it comes soon.
What was your favorite part of Modeliste’s Puerto Vallarta Getaway?
Shoot day! This was my first year planning my looks, and I was able to execute them exactly how I envisioned. There’s nothing better than feeling like you nailed every shot in your head.
What did you love most about your stay at the Velas Vallarta Resort?
The incredible full-time service—I felt so taken care of the entire time.
