What’s one small ritual or routine that instantly makes you feel grounded, no matter where you are in the world?
While traveling, I like to wake up relatively early and grab a coffee in the morning. Whether it’s walking to a café at the resort or grabbing breakfast and coffee at the hotel buffet, getting my daily caffeine fix is my favorite ritual to make me feel at home while traveling.

When you’re packing for a trip, what’s the one “unexpected” item you always bring with you?
The most unexpected item in my suitcase that I can’t travel without is probably my vitamins. I bring my vitamins with me everywhere.

If you could describe your style in one destination, which would it be and why?
If my style were a destination, I think it’d be New York City. I grew up in New Jersey, about 30 minutes from the city, and I feel like the proximity has definitely shaped my fashion expression. I love incorporating animal print, especially leopard, and I often get comments saying my outfits remind them of Carrie Bradshaw or Adriana and Carmela from The Sopranos.

What’s one of the most meaningful conversations or connections you had during this Curaçao getaway?
On the first night, us girls went night swimming in the ocean. Though we discussed an array of topics ranging from scary movies to sleep paralysis to moon halos, the one that left a lasting impression on me was our conversations about spirituality and manifestation. The energy within this group of girls was truly beautiful.

What song would you say best captures this chapter of your life?
“Who You Share It With” by Layup

Which dream brand would you love to collaborate with one day?
I would absolutely love to work with Retrofete because I adore all of their pieces.

What’s a past trip that shifted the way you see the world?
My trip to Italy this summer with my little sister shifted the way I see the world. I was blessed to visit my family in Italy, which was so fulfilling. My grandmother, whom I was very close to, passed away last year, so meeting all of her cousins was immensely gratifying. Their voices felt familiar and their laughter a melody of reminiscence. I feel like I got to experience a piece of her again through them. It was an experience I’ll never forget.

Imagine hosting your dream dinner on the beach in Curaçao — which three people would you invite, living or dead?
I would invite my grandmother, Dean Martin, and Role Model.

What’s the boldest fashion choice you’ve ever made that made you feel unstoppable?
Though it may not seem bold to some, I recently wore capris for the first time. Capris seem to get a lot of hate, but I am now a huge fan of them. They made me feel timeless, effortless, relaxed, and feminine. It is one of my favorite outfits that I’ve worn.

Beyond fashion and content, what’s something you’re deeply passionate about that
your audience might not know?
I am deeply passionate about mental health, healing, and breaking generational cycles. On
a smaller scale, educating yourself on your brain, how it works, and how your environment has shaped it will bring about physiological and emotional healing for yourself and allow you to live a happy and healthy life full of flourishing relationships. On a larger scale, rewiring your brain, healing your nervous system, and educating yourself on generational trauma and neuroplasticity will allow you to create a healthy and happy family, thus beginning a new cycle of generational joy and health. On an even larger scale, a world full of people devoted to healing and breaking generational trauma is a world full of newly conceived joy and health, instead of repeated pain and suffering.
