THE OPEN KITCHEN

Meals feature California style cuisine highlighting seasonal ingredients prepared by professional chefs. Expect to indulge in dishes such as Lobster Rolls, Dungeness crab, and Roasted Colorado Lamb Loin.  The 24 hour Guest Pantry is fully stocked with freshly made snacks such as panna cotta, ice cream sandwiches, cheese plates and fresh fruit.  If you would like to take a meal to go the kitchen staff will prepare you a lovely lunch or picnic basket to take with you.
