Where were you born and where do you currently live?
I was born in Aiuruoca, Minas Gerais in Brazil. It’s a small town near Belo Horizonte, the capital of Minas Gerais. I lived there until I was 15 years old. Then I moved to Belo Horizonte to pursue my acting career. At 20, I moved to Rio and starred in my first soap opera, “Sinhá Moça”. Now I live between Los Angeles and Rio de Janerio.

What do you love most about your hometown?
I love that my hometown is in the countryside. Because of that, I grew up running through the meadows, smelling the grass, and climbing trees. My connection with mother nature comes from that. I am happiest when I live in nature.

How did you begin your modeling career?
When I was 15 and moved to Belo Horizonte, I started my acting classes. And I was also discovered by a model scout there. I took the job so it could help me finance my acting classes. I didn’t work as a model for a long time though. At 20, I moved to Rio and started working on television.

When are you the most inspired?
When I am in nature.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
Go for it.
Hearing that is inspiring and empowering in so many ways!

What’s one thing people don’t know about you?
Oh, that’s a hard one. But I think many people still don’t know I write and I am a published author. My first book, “Camélias em Mim”, is a collection of my poems.

Heels or flats or sneakers?
Isis: Always depends on the situation. Heels for a night out. Comfy sneakers for working out, flats or sneakers in my daily routine, and barefoot. I love to feel the grass and the ground under my feet. It makes me connected to the Universe.

What are the three things you can’t live without?
-My son, Rael
-Yoga, because it grounds me and makes me connect with myself
-My job

What’s your current favorite piece of clothing that you own?
Dresses I can wear in multiple ways.

What’s a must-have clothing item everyone should own?
Denim shorts.

Must-Have Beauty Product?
Lipstick.

Skincare routine?
Basically, I always cleanse up my face, apply sunscreen and use moisturizer. My skin is very sensitive so I really need to take good care of it.

What’s the most played song on your music playlist right now?
“Flowers” by Miley Cyrus.

What book did you most recently finish?
“It Ends With Us” by Colleen Hoover.

How do you start your day?
Taking a deep breath and reading something in the Bible.

If you could switch lives with one person for a day, who would it be?
With my 15-year-old self, keeping the knowledge I have today.

Any upcoming projects you can tell us about?
I have a movie and two series coming up, but I can’t tell you much about them yet.

What would you like to say to your fans?
Thank you for all your support. It means everything to me. I am here because of you and I hope I can keep bringing joy and inspiration to you through my work.

Why are you most excited to be our next Cover Star?
Because I am really excited for all of you to get to know me a little better. It’s my first Cover in the US! I really loved our shoot and hope you love it as well.
